Sohan L. Dua, M.D.

Dr. Sohan L. Dua has been a practicing nephrologist for over 35 years in the San Fernando Valley. He has paved the way for many of the younger physicians in the area, including his daughter who has joined him. He graduated from the prestigious All India Institute of Medical Sciences and then completed his residency in St. Louis, MO. Thereafter, he completed his clinical training in nephrology at Stanford in Palo Alto, CA. Dr. Sohan Dua is board certified in internal medicine and nephrology. In addition to the practice of nephrology, Dr. Dua runs an active clinical research department, with several ongoing studies in the management of anemia, Vitamin D deficiency, and complications that arise in dialysis patients. Dr. Dua is fluent in english, spanish, punjabi, and hindi.

Renee Dua, M.D.

Dr. Renee Dua joined Valley Renal Medica Group in 2006 after completing residency and fellowship in Los Angeles, CA. Dr. Renee Dua is board certified in internal medicine, nephrology and hypertension. Her interests include both hypertension management as well as treatment of patients on peritoneal dialysis. Dr. Renee Dua is fluent in english and spanish.

Jacob Poulose, M.D.

Dr. Jacob Poulose joined Valley Renal Medical Group in 2015.  Dr Jacob Poulose, a native of Southern California, graduated from St Georges University School of Medicine and completed his Internal Medicine residency at New York Presbyterian Hospital in Queens NY. Dr Poulose then went on to gain more experience in the practice of Hospitalist Medicine and completed his Fellowship in Nephrology at the prestigious Keck Medical Center of USC and the LAC+USC Healthcare Network. He has presented at the National Kidney Foundation and continues to pursue excellence in the field of Nephrology and Hypertension. Dr Poulose is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Nephrology. He is excited to have joined Valley Renal Medical Group and looks forward to providing healthcare for the San Fernando Valley.
